A compressor installation is a piping and layout job as much as an equipment job. We do the whole scope, so there is no gap between the machine and the tool that uses it.

Air Compressor Installation
We install complete compressed air systems: compressor, receiver, dryer, filtration, condensate management and the distribution piping that carries air to the point of use. One crew, one scope, one number to call if anything needs adjusting afterwards.
Because we also do process piping and mechanical contracting, we are not handing off the hardest part of the job to somebody else. The pad, the rigging, the piping and the commissioning are all ours.
What an installation includes
- Demand assessment. Actual CFM and pressure requirements measured before equipment is specified.
- Layout and siting. Ventilation, ambient temperature, service access, noise and future expansion.
- Rigging and setting. Moving equipment into place, pads, isolation and anchoring.
- Air treatment. Dryer and filtration selection matched to how dry your application actually needs the air.
- Distribution piping. Correctly sized mains, drops taken from the top, isolation valves and drain points.
- Commissioning. Start-up, pressure setting, drain and dryer verification, and a walk-through with your team.
Retrofits and relocations
Fitting new equipment into a plant that is already running
Most installations are not greenfield. There is existing piping, an existing compressor doing the work until the day of the changeover, and a production schedule that cannot absorb a week of downtime.
We plan the cutover around your schedule, often over a weekend or a planned shutdown, and stage the work so the new system is piped, set and ready before the old one comes offline.

About air compressor installation
How do you decide what size compressor we need?
By measuring. We look at your actual air consumption, the pressure you genuinely need at the tool, how your demand varies through a shift, and what your existing piping can carry. Oversizing is one of the most common and most expensive mistakes in compressed air.
Do you handle the electrical work?
We handle the mechanical scope and coordinate closely with your electrician on disconnects, feeders and starters. If you do not have one, we can bring a licensed electrical contractor into the project.
Can you install a compressor outdoors or in an enclosure?
Yes. We do exterior installations, wall-mounted retrofits and dedicated equipment enclosures where floor space inside is at a premium. Freeze protection and ventilation get designed in from the start.
How much downtime should we plan for?
On a straight replacement where the new unit can be piped in ahead of time, changeover is often measured in hours rather than days. We will give you a realistic window during the site visit.
