Air Compressor Systems
Rotary screw and reciprocating systems. Emergency repair, scheduled service, and full installations sized to the work your plant actually does.
Service
You can buy the right compressor and still starve the far end of the plant. Piping is where compressed air systems are usually won or lost.

Overview
We fabricate and install process piping for compressed air, water and industrial process lines: new distribution systems, extensions to existing plants, and replacement of piping that has quietly become the bottleneck.
Undersized mains, long runs of small-bore pipe, drops taken from the bottom of the header and decades of accumulated tees all cost pressure. We size the system for the flow it actually carries and lay it out so it can be isolated, drained and extended later.

Layout matters
If your compressor discharges at 110 PSI and your tool sees 78, you are paying to compress air that never reaches the work.
Correct main sizing, drops taken from the top of the header, generous radius at direction changes and sensibly placed isolation valves recover pressure you already paid for, usually for far less than a bigger compressor.

Coordinated installs
Overhead work costs what it costs because of the access. When air lines, conduit and lighting are installed together, you pay for the lift once.
We routinely run compressed air distribution alongside facility work so the whole overhead scope gets closed out in a single mobilisation.

24/7 emergency service
Breakdowns do not respect business hours. Our emergency line runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You reach someone who can diagnose the problem and dispatch a technician.
Questions
It depends on the application, the pressure and what is already in the plant. We will walk through the trade-offs (cost, corrosion, future modification and installation time) and recommend accordingly, job by job.
Usually yes. A properly valved system can be extended live in sections. Where the existing piping has no isolation, we often add it as part of the work so future changes do not require a shutdown.
Sometimes. It can be a dryer that is undersized or failed, drains that are not discharging, or piping that has no drip legs and no fall. We diagnose the whole system before calling it.
Both, and that is the point. When the same contractor sizes the compressor and installs the distribution, nobody gets to blame the other half of the system.
One vendor
Most of our customers started with one of these and consolidated the rest. Fewer vendors, fewer handoffs, one number when something breaks.

Cylinder, pump and hose repair for production equipment and heavy machinery, in the plant or in the field.
Equipment installation, relocation, rigging and mechanical repair. The work that gets machinery in place and running.
