Land in the Upstate doesn't stay clear on its own. A field skipped for two seasons turns into briars and sweetgum saplings; skipped for five, it's young woods. Our brush cutter takes it back down to usable ground in a fraction of the time chainsaws and hand crews would take.
Unlike a standard bush hog, our cutter handles trees up to 5 inches in diameter — so the lot that's "too far gone to mow" usually isn't too far gone for us.
What we clear
- Overgrown fields & pastures — knocked back to clean, mowable ground.
- Wooded lots — understory and saplings cleared so you can see and use your land.
- Fence rows — vines, brush, and volunteer trees off your fence line before they take it down.
- Shooting lanes — clean lanes cut for hunting season, sized and placed where you want them.
- Trails — walking, riding, and ATV trails cut through wooded property.
- Lot cleanup — pre-sale or pre-construction clearing that makes a property show its potential.
Why cut it now
Brush gets more expensive every year you leave it. Saplings thicken past what a cutter can handle and become tree-removal jobs; briars and privet spread into ground you've kept clean. An annual or every-other-year cut is the cheapest way to keep land usable.
Cleared land is also worth more — to buyers, to hunters, and to you. It's the difference between acreage you own and acreage you can actually use.
How it works
- Free site analysis — Jeff walks the property, flags anything the cutter can't take, and quotes the job.
- The cut — brush and small trees are mulched in place; no burn piles, no hauling fees for what we cut.
- The result — clean, walkable ground, ready to mow, plant, hunt, or build on.
