The story
Bernco Solutions started in 2018 with a simple premise: the Upstate didn't need another HVAC company with a call center — it needed one where the person who answers the phone knows the person turning the wrenches. Owner Bernie Domblesky built the company around that, and it still works that way today.
Jay Seay manages the operation and has been in the heating and air trade since 1997 — long enough to have installed, repaired, and retired every kind of system this climate throws a curveball at. The crew behind them — Drake Wilson, Micah Panosian, and Seth Moroney — mixes experienced hands with technicians actively training at Greenville Tech, because a company that plans to be here in twenty years grows its own talent.
From the shop in Travelers Rest, the routes run across Greenville County, into Greer, and over to Spartanburg County — homes, small businesses, and commercial buildings, on every brand of equipment.

Jay Seay — Manager
In the industry since 1997. Off the clock you'll find him golfing, fishing, or with his wife and two sons.
Drake Wilson — Technician
Lake days, golf, and the shooting range — and currently pursuing additional HVAC education.
Micah Panosian — Technician
Taking HVAC courses at Greenville Tech. Basketball, music, and good company fill the rest of his time.
Seth Moroney — Technician
Rounding out the field crew on service and install work across the Upstate.
